In times of tight budgets, smaller organisations focused on social and intercultural work particularly rely on support from donors, sponsors, and especially from members. They make our voluntary work possible.
Every contribution counts and helps us to assist mothers and children in need.
Become a supporting member
The Helferkreis für Mutter und Kind e.V. thrives with and through its members: Support our voluntary work ideologically through your membership in the association.The membership fee is 30€ per year.
Friends and supporters of our association are warmly invited to our general meeting. This is your opportunity to gain insight into the work accomplished over the past year and to meet the voluntary working team. We will report on specific engagements and various individual cases in which we were able to directly improve the circumstances of the mothers.

Monetary Donations
We are grateful for any sum of money donated. By making a regular donation, you enable us to continue our sustainable work. As the Helferkreis für Mutter und Kind e.V. is recognised as a non-profit organisation, we are able to send you a tax-deductible donation receipt at the end of the year.

Donations of goods
Your willingness to part with your valuable children's items enables us to alleviate the urgent needs of many mothers in a straightforward manner. We only pass on your donations to mothers whose need has been verified by us beforehand.
Children's Clothing
We gladly accept well-preserved, clean children's clothing appropriate for the current season, up to size 128 or school age. Please email or call us to find out which items are currently needed.
Strollers, Cots, etc.
We are always looking for anything additional needed for babies and toddlers - especially well-preserved and functional strollers, buggies, cradles and cots.

January 2026: SC-Fans cycle – JOBRAD donates
The company JOBRAD donated €3,637 to Helferkreis für Mutter und Kind e.V. after a home match of SC Freiburg. For every fan who arrived by bicycle, the main sponsor contributed one euro.
Juni 2024 Scheckübergabe des Rotary Club Freiburg

2023 Spendenübergabe des Adventsposaunenwerks Südbaden
nach einem Benefizkonzert des Blechbläserchors, auf Initiative von Samuel Weihs.
In January 2021, Ms Kneis handed over more than 50 bags packed full of clothes and toys.
Her customers were able to purchase bags worth €10 and €25 during the pre-Christmas period. The aim of the campaign was to do something good in the local area and thus make a difference together.
In 2018, Mr Bräutigam, branch manager of BB-Bank, handed over a donation from the funds of the Gewinnsparverein e.V.
