Getting Help

We offer quick and uncomplicated help and support to mothers and children from Freiburg and surrounding area.

We provide childrens clothing from birth to start of school. For this purpose, we have our clothing store at Schwarzwaldstraße 14.

We have an open ear for challenging life situations. If necessary, we can refer you to further advisory centres in Freiburg from our network.

All our volunteer staff are bound by confidentiality.

No self-service
Strollers are available for loan for a limited period against a deposit (20€ – 40€). By returning the stroller, you will get your deposit back
We gladly accept outgrown clothing back, provided it is washed

Clothing Store

We run a large clothing store at Schwarzwaldstraße 14.
Here you can get - for free - used but well-preserved children’s clothing in sizes 50 to 128.
We gladly accept washed clothes that no longer fit your baby.

Trousers, shirts, jumpers, dresses
Anoraks, rainwear
Shoes, wellies, slippers
Seasonal clothing

In our children’s accessories section, you will find among other items:

Baby cots, stroller, buggies, car seats
Children’s blankets, bedding
Baby slings, changing mats, nursing pillows, nappies

Strollers can be borrowed for a certain period against a deposit

(20€ – 40€). When you return the stroller, you will get your deposit back.
